Seasonal vegetables from Nasu Highland, Tochigi

Nasu Highland is located at the foot of the Nasu Mountains.

People have lived surrounded by beautiful nature.

A good environment for growing vegetables is here.

Since 2009, we have grown vegetables in Nasu Highland.

Variety of leaves for salad, lettuce and carrots in spring.

Over 30 kinds of colorful tomatoes and very sweet corn in summer.

Silky sweet potatoes and giant peanuts in autumn.

Purple Chinese Cabbage and beautiful chicory in winter.

We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables throughout the year.

Our vegetables are colorful like red, yellow, green, purple and pink.

We believe "Colors" are one of big factors to enhance our appetite.

When you see colorful vegetables in your salad, soup or on the dish at the dinner table,

we must be excited and impressed even before we eat them.

That's why we grow many different colors and kinds of vegetables.
